Q. Do I need a promo code for free shipping?

Standard shipping in the U.S. is always free with Your Lingo purchase and your total will reflect that once you’re at the checkout page. Remember express shipping is available at an extra charge. Send us an email or even DM us on social media before you place your order so we can take care of you ASAP. 

Q. I want something in a different style or color that I don’t see on your site. Can I request/order it?

Of course! Let us know what “Lingo” you want along with the color and style and we will customize it for you in no time. 

Q. Where is my merch coming from? 

The majority of Your Lingo merch is proudly printed in Los Angeles, California. Some of our merch is shipped from Chicago, which is where the creative process is actually done. 

Q. What is your return policy? 

Unworn/original merchandise and items can be returned for original tender within 7 days of receiving package. 

Exchanges for another item or size can be done within 15 days of receiving your package.

*The buyer is responsible for paying return shipping fees. We advise customers to use a trackable method so you can make sure your item is delivered.

*To reduce the amount of fraud and purchase abuse funds will be credited back to your account when return is received. Please allow 3-5 business days for original amount to be reflected to your bank account.
